A fresh flower pomander is a ball-shaped bouquet or decoration with a ribbon handle, and only lightweight flowers should be used to cover the majority of the ball’s surface. Soak the pomander ball before adding fresh flowers with helpful tips from an experienced professional florist in this free video on arranging flowers.

i want to color some flowers, for our wedding and money is tight. I know there is a Special paint you can get to color flowers. But i was wondering if anyone knew if you could use regular spray paint?
If you use regular household spray paint, you will end up burning them. The chemicals are harsh.
Now if you have a Michaels Craft store or a JoAnnd’s. near by, and even some Home depots carry the " Design Master Spray Paint " that florist use to tint, and change the color of flowers.
The art of spraying flowers is easy. You need fresh flowers. fully hydrated with water. A paper towel placed in your hand to protect. place flower in this. If you want just the tips painted squeeze the flower. Can about 6′ away should prevent burning.
For full color change. lightly spray, then repeat. over and over, wait for paint to dry inbetween coatings. or it will look sloopy.
Carnations and mini carnations are the easiest and best for painting. Lilys don’t do well, And just tiping roses is best. They burn easily.
Even better to use. Would be to use imatation silk flowers in the color you want. And add fresh flowers here and their, for that fresh apperance. Even adding ribbon loops and tails will give you the colors you want.
but remember, the darker the color you go. In the pictures that will be taken. The dark colors reseede into the color black sometimes, and you will get the effect of holes in your picture.
Good Luck.

I bought flowers for morning. I had them wrapped nicely. How would I keep them fresh for the next seven hours? I have no water and no fridge/freezer to put them in.
You should have bought them when you needed them!
