Is there a way to get flowers delivered to Siena, Italy?

Probably a company in Italy or tuscany I’m assuming. My gf is studying abroad there and I would like to send her something nice for her birthday.

i’ll do it for $40,000 but i’m sure you could google for a florist in the area.
