Why would you want to sue over that?

Silk flowers aren't commonly made from silk. It's more of an affectionate term for fake flowers.

Would you prefer hearing "Fake plants/flowers" or "Silk flowers/plants"?

I personally would prefer calling them silk.

The only way you could "Sue" (and I still don't know why) is if they guarenteed they were made from 100% actual silk. You would need this proof documented in writing, an ad, advertisement, packaging, you get the idea.

You'd also need to prove it wasn't silk (Wouldn't be too hard).

Good luck.
