Elegant Expressions, Inc. was started in 1999 as a vision of owner/designer Carolyn Weaver and her husband Ron. Carolyn saw a need for permanent flower arrangements sized for the style of homes being built in our area over the last several decades.
Carolyn has been active in floral design since 1970. Her first designs were pressed flowers in shadow boxes, dried flower arrangements, and “Williamsburg under glass” for a local company.
